Welcome!

In the wise & poetic old words of the beloved J.R.R. Tolkien:

"All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost..."

I'd like to focus on trees in this blog, but I may venture into other intrigues at times if it gets too thick with trees around here. Often though, I'm so focused on a back-lit leaf that I haven't yet truly seen the whole tree, let alone the forest! Either way, if you're charmed by or questioning any of my ramblings or focuses, I hope you'll comment.
